Chilterns 3 Peaks Challenge
Important information about this form and entering this event
You can use this form to register an individual or a team/family up to a maximum of 6 people.
If you're purchasing a family ticket, you can use it for 2 adults and up to 3 children. You'll only need to enter your details. Only select to register additional participants if there are more members of your party. You can purchase additional family tickets, each family ticket counts as one additional member to your purchase. For example, if you're purchasing 2 family tickets, you only need to register yourself and one other registrant, not 4 or 5. Separate adult and children tickets will need to be added on individually.
For each individual adult or child you are registering (outside of a family ticket) you will need the following information: name, age (exact age if under 18, or 18+), any medical conditions that might affect participation in the event and name and telephone number for someone that can be contacted during the event in case of emergency.
We ask you to provide information about the age of everyone taking part so we can check that the lead registrant is over 18, that the correct ticket price applies and to ensure we do not send marketing materials to those under 18.
You will also need to confirm that you have consent to provide this information and to accept the terms and conditions on behalf of everyone you are registering.
We've provided half-hour slots on the form this year. You can arrive at any point within the half hour you select to begin your walk. For example, if you choose 10:30-11am, you can arrive at any point after 10:30am, but no later than 11am. These slots are to help us protect participants and to ensure any government guidance is met, so please select one when registering.
How we use your information
The information collected on this form is for the purposes of administering this event and ensuring your health and safety on the day. Please read our terms and conditions for further information about how we use your information.
By entering this event and accepting the terms and conditions you give us permission to contact you by email for the purposes of administering this event, including providing on the day information. We will not contact you by email after our event follow-up emails unless you choose to opt-in to further news and marketing emails from us. We really hope you will do this as we would love to stay in touch by email and tell you about the difference your support has made.
We will store contact details of all participants aged 18 and over on our database so that we can keep in touch and send you news and fundraising material by post, unless you ask us not to. All personal information held by us will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Rennie Grove’s Privacy Notice.

Please note: You must be over 18 years of age and have a valid debit or credit card to register online. Payment will be taken securely using your credit or debit card via Sage Pay, our secure payments service. Rennie Grove does not store or see any of your payment details.
