Celebration Giving

You can support Rennie Grove Hospice Care by fundraising for us at a celebratory event.

Birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions

If you are holding a celebration and would like to raise funds for Rennie Grove at your event, we can provide you with gift aid envelopes to hand out to guests so they can make a donation in lieu of gifts. We can also provide you with collection boxes and leaflets for you to display on the day.

Alternatively, you could ask your guests to purchase a Caring Gift Voucher in lieu of flowers or gifts. View a full list of gift vouchers here.

If you would like to request the above materials or would like to discuss your requirements then please get in touch on 01442 890222 / fundraising@renniegrove.org.

Wedding Favours

If you are planning a wedding and would like to remember someone special on the day we can provide you with favour cards and pin badges for your guest tables. We can also provide you with gift aid envelopes to hand out to guests or perhaps send out with your wedding invitations instead of a wedding gift list.

RG Pin BadgeOur beautiful pink and purple pin badges can be requested in return for a suggested donation of £2 per badge plus the cost delivery(or you can arrange collection). We can also provide personalised favour cards to accompany the badges so your guests can see that a donation has been made to Rennie Grove on their behalf.

You could also ask your guests to purchase Caring Gift Vouchers in place of a Wedding Gift List. View our list of Caring Gifts here.

Alternatively, you could set up a Justgiving fundraising page for your special day. This can include your story, your reason for choosing to support our charity and you can upload photos too. If you need assistance setting up this page please get in touch.

Whatever your requirements, we're happy to help you support Rennie Grove in a way that suits you on your big day: contact us on 01442 890222 / fundraising@renniegrove.org.

Faye's Story

Fayes wedding 2Faye wanted to remember her mum Janis, who was cared for by Hospice at Home nurses, on her wedding day and chose to have Rennie Grove pin badges as wedding favours.

"It was so sad that my mum was not there to celebrate with us on our wedding day but I wanted to remember her on the day in a positive way - as she would have wanted the day to be a happy one. So after thinking about it long and hard with my husband-to-be, Dave, we got in touch with Rennie Grove Hospice Care." Read Faye's full story here.

Sam and Abbie's story

Sam and AbbieSam and Abbie chose not to ask their wedding guests for gifts, instead they asked them to make a donation to Rennie Grove - a cause which is close to both of them.

“Lots of people said it was a really thoughtful idea and a lovely personal touch, and we were overwhelmed with how generous our guests were. We’re so pleased we can put the money to such a good cause and help others who are going through what we did. Read Sam and Abbie's full story here.
