How the Hospice Lottery works
Charity lotteries have long been recognised as a great source of fundraising. As well as raising extra funds for the long term, they can introduce new supporters to a charity’s work.
The Hospice Lottery comprises eight local charities, including Rennie Grove Hospice Care. Each partner charity benefits from reduced operating costs by sharing these between them. And as a result, more funds can go directly towards patient care.
Since The Hospice Lottery launched in 1997, supporters have raised over £15 million for partner charities like Rennie Grove.
