Thank you for giving the gift of hospice care this Christmas

We’re here for our patients and families every hour of every day – including over the festive season.

In the 12 days of Christmas last year, our nurses made 1,291 face-to-face visits and 1,641 telephone calls to provide care to 455 patients.

This year, with your wonderful help, we’ve funded 12 days of Christmas care from Christmas Day to 5 January.
