1. Take an online intervew
Click the link below at a time that suits you, register and complete the online Will interview. Using a blend of typed and video answers, record information about yourself and what you want your Will to achieve. This will help the Bequeathed inhouse legal team gather all the information they need to draft your Will.

2. Book a video appointment with the inhouse legal team
The Bequeathed system will immediately analyse your answers and provide you with personalised online advice to review. You can either: a) Accept their offer to schedule a complimentary thirty minute video appointment with the inhouse legal team to discuss the advice. b) Skip directly to requesting a free basic Will, if appropriate.
3. Sign and witness your Will
If you accept a video appointment, your Will shall be emailed to you within 48 hours of this. If additional legal services are needed, your Will shall be sent within 48 hours of payment. Should you decline a video appointment, the Bequeathed legal team will review your recorded answers and ID. If everything is in order, your Will shall be sent to you within 48 hours of this review. Remember to print, sign and date your Will in the presence of witnesses to finalise it.

All draft Wills undergo thorough review by Bequeathed’s inhouse legal team, which is led by a fully qualified solicitor. Your free thirty-minute video appointment will also be facilitated by their skilled legal team.
You also have the option to schedule a further legal consultation with Bequeathed’s Head of Legal and/or receive a referral to one of their partner law firms. However this may incur extra costs.
Bequeathed does not charge for straightforward basic Wills. However, if the inhouse legal team concludes that you need a more details Will with complex drafting and clauses beyond what the free basic Will includes, those additional services will not be free.
No – Bequeathed only offers a remote, online Will-writing service.
