About our catchment area
We provide care for patients with life-limiting illness whose GP surgery falls within our catchment area across Buckinghamshire and west Hertfordshire. That catchment area broadly aligns with the boundaries of the NHS Buckinghamshire and (former) NHS Herts Valley Clinical Commissioning Groups, with the exception of a few areas where a more local equivalent service is available. Our service provision varies slightly between the two counties.
