Referring to Rennie Grove Peace

Although we’re able to accept self-referrals for some of our services, those with a more clinical focus will require a referral from a healthcare professional involved in the patient’s care.

An important first step is establishing which service will best meet the patient and family’s immediate needs.  Once a patient is matched to the right service, it’s an easy process to access support from our other services as and when required.
