Pauline is the Data Protection Officer and also leads the IT and Applications Support team.  

Prior to joining Rennie Grove Pauline’s career included 10 years in the City working for a major stockbroking firm  and 10 years working for a leading mobile phone operator.  Responsibilities have covered a range of IT related roles including training, support, testing and strategy.  Her qualifications include a post graduate diploma in Strategic Management from Henley Business School.

Pauline said “When my father died several years ago I was shocked to discover how little support was provided to enable him to die at home.  When I came across Rennie Grove and discovered the services they provide I felt how different his last year and the life of my mother would have been if a similar service had existed in their area.  I have such admiration for the services provided by Rennie Grove – staffed by employees and volunteers - ordinary people providing a truly exceptional service.
